Function

1. Punching

It has turret which is easy to help you to exchange the punching dies without moving out the dies. The structure of this turret make sue the upper die and lower die are always in the center.

2.Cutting

Our Cutting Stations adopts very sharp scissors. So the interface of the material which is processed is flat without droops burr or any waste.

3. Bending

The horizontal bending and vertical bending processing can completed by changing the bending dies. The control system is Siemens PLC CNC Control system.

About CNC	We use Siemens PLC control which you can just enter the angle.  The bending precision is ±1 degree and repeat bending precision ±0.5 degree . Three stations can be work at the same time.  You also can only enter item's height ad width to produce the item you need.(as Z type blending)
